Are you a Yankee or a Southerner

I took this silly test and came out 42% Dixie. Come to find out from my word choices, i talk more like a Yankee. Yikes

eek! I wonder if you're going to become more yankee living up there?

I miss you too!!! Everytime I'm at Diedrichs (which is quite often lately) I wish I'd run into you.

Just wanted you to know that your Mom took the test and scored over 80% Southerner. I have had several children ask me if I am from Texas when I have subbed in their schools. Just feel honored that you can use the bumper sticker "Native Texan" on the back of your car. Love, Mom

the first time i took it, which was last year, i think i scored 64% and it might have been the crawfish question that sent me over the edge this time.

i remembered digging them up on the playground in beaumont. yep, crawfish is what they were called. perhaps the longer you're away from texas, the more texan you get. or, shall i say, "git"!

jess - my mom says she is all southern and says y'all, but i only remember the words "soda", and "you guys", thrown about in the house. i think matthew would agree. none of this "fixin to" or "git" business in the dimaggio household. oh no. i am excited about my bumper sticker though :)
